Brainwave

Brainwave was an EEG Mapping System consisting of a 16-channel EEG cartography system. The EEG signals were sampled using high speed analogue to digital convertors and artefact-free segments selected to calculate spectral amplitudes, using Fast Fourier Transforms (FFTs). The total spectral amplitude was calculated for each electrode and displayed on a colour monitor.

ChildFile

‘ChildFile’ was an early project developed in association with a child physician. It consisted of a basic medical classification system combined with a database containing, among other things, immunisation records, which could be scanned to identify children at risk.
